My Dad and I went to see Sunderland vs. Arsenal yesterday. I bought the new shirt, and my parents kindly bought Ben his first Sunderland strip!

That’s my boys’ boy!! It may be a tad embarressing to show Doug in HIS first Sunderland kit at about the same age as Ben. We are now plotting Ben’s first visit to the Stadium of Light next season – Oh! and Nick you arewelcome to join us for that – especially if it’s Gormlas Gooners! Just for the record – Doug’s first game at Roker Park was Sunderland v Man Utd – United won 2-1!! Some things never change
