		<description>Doug, I agree that as educators we will be able to adapt wave to fit in with our education systems but, when you launch google apps to the staff and students or a VLE, who will pick it up first  staff or students? Shifts in technology have the opportunity to be used by all but, I think we&#039;ll see challenges to it coming from the students to apply new ideas.</description>

		<description>So you think we&#039;ll be playing catch-up with the students? Potentially, but I think it&#039;s important for educators to explore the possibilities. We&#039;re the ones with the teaching qualifications and (hopefully) focus on learning outcomes! :-)</description>

		<description>As you mentioned there is clearly an ability to collaborate, but the real potential hasn&#039;t yet been developed.  I think a bit like the iPhone it will be in the enhancements - the apps that wave will allow that it will come into it&#039;s own. Teachers/Educators may try and push for a certain practice but I can well imagine it will be the students who will realise the full potential by seeing the opportunties.</description>
