I’m a published author!

It’s a red-letter day in the history of the Belshaw clan. Although our publishers didn’t tell us it was imminent, Nick Dennis* and I have finally had the first of a series published:

Oh, wait, you didn’t think it was a book, did you? Come on… this is 2008 – it’s digital, baby! :-p

*Nick’s finally started his blogging journey. Spur him on by commenting on his first post, please!

  7. Lisa, it’s a CD-ROM that accompanies the series of Key Stage 3 History textbooks. The author’s names are on the temporary mock-up, but Nick and I will (should!) have our names on the final product. :-)

  9. Those sessions around the ‘thinking zone’ (aka the bar) at SHP have paid dividends – good work you two! And with Mr L, Mr M and others all busy with isbn-output its been a heck of a year for such an unruly mob… Laurent Perrier rose best be on ice for the Friday evening I hope…

    1. Yes Don – we should absolutely thank those in the
Schoolhistory.co.ukcommunity as we have borrowed quite a few ideas! It
      should hopefully spread
some good resources and ways of approaching the topics. Thanks very much for
your input: look forward to some more time in the ‘thinking zone’ at this
      year’s SHP Conference! :-)
