Not all tech departments and the IT staff hinder teachers or dictate what happens in the classroom. As a former teacher and principal, and now the Manager of Technology in my school district, I take pride in the support and encouragement our staff provide to teachers, trying to educate them as to what is possible in our school district because of the technology solutions we support for them. Not all tech departments and the IT staff hinder teachers or dictate what happens in the classroom.
